Brahma Muhurta –

Brahma muhurta is a period of two muhurtas , or about one and a half hours before dawn. Brahma Muhurta is the morning period between 3:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. In Vedic tradition, this period is considered an ideal time to churn curd.
Brahma Muhurta which is also known as “Creator’s time” is believed to be auspicious for all practices like meditation, worship or any other religious or spiritual practice. Spiritual activities performed early in the morning have a greater effect than in any other part of the day. Waking up during brahma muhurta also has many health benefits.

Preparation of A2 Desi Cow Ghee –

A2 Desi Cow Ghee is procured from the milk of the Tharparkar cows – which are a cow breed indigenous to the Thar Desert of India. These cows are grass-fed IN NATURAL ECOSYSTEM and are not factory-farmed and are free from cross-breeding, which gives our Ghee its special, natural qualities.

A2 DESI COW GHEE prepared from desi cow milk by traditional vedic method of 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗮 (churning of curd) is considered most nutritious and authentic for human consumption. This ghee is not only superior in taste but also healthier and good for digestion.

After extracting the milk, we warm it up in pottery on a Chula. Later it is fermented to make the curd. Using the wood churner & bilona method, the curd is churned to create Brahma urja. After this, the butter is removed in earthen pots to settle down. Once the ghee is ready it is immediately removed in a glass bottle. Thus, It is gluten free, easy to digest and decrease bad cholesterol levels and increases good cholesterol levels in body, thus maintaining a healthy balance.

The process of making Ghee is best during Brahma Muhurta i.e. exactly before sunrise. Our ghee is prepared in the traditional Indian way through the churning of curd during the Brahma Muhurta.
